Before connecting to the phone, be aware that the QR code provided can be used ONLY one time for only one device.

CONNEXION ON A SMARTPHONE WITH CONTRACT
Make sure that uninstall the application and then you reinstall it before starting the below step.
PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING ON YOUR PHONE.
Device activation
PLEASE DO THE DEVICE ACTIVATION ON SMARTPHONE
![]() | When clicking on the App "SGPB Suisse" on the home screen you will land on the login page of the application. By clicking on the button “Activate your account” you will be brought to the activation page. |
![]() | Then, you will have to accept the bank's Terms and Conditions : validate the radio button, and click on "validate and continue" |
![]() | Here you will have to scan the given QR Code |
![]() | Then, set a personal PIN code. This PIN code will only be used for your connection on mobile. |
![]() | Then, optionally enable login to the application by fingerprint or facial recognition. |
![]() | Then, enter the given password : PASSWORD_1 (given in the submission form) Then, set the new password by setting 2 times the same password |
![]() | Then, leave the default parameters as is and validate
Finally, read and accept the eBanking Terms and Conditions |

And your device will be actviated You can now connect inside the application using the connection button and start using it :
