Franco-Monegasque tax treaties
Monaco has always had very close ties with France. These have notably resulted in the ratification of two tax treaties in 1950 and 1963, each reflecting the diplomatic relations between these two States at those respective times.
Julien Roux and Sandra Teyssier, property engineers, present the particularities of these agreements, the points to watch out for as well as the letters, endorsements and case law that have enhanced or modified them.
